Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the A&S Legal website, administrative support services, and SMS program.
Effective date
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and A&S Legal. By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
A quote, invoice, order confirmation, or separately signed service agreement may contain additional terms for a particular service. If there is a direct conflict, the service-specific written agreement controls for that service.
Our Services
A&S Legal provides administrative and document-preparation support relating to:
- Vehicle registration and registration renewals.
- Bonded, lost, replacement, or duplicate-title matters.
- Lien-release documentation and related title records.
- Dealer-license and resale-certificate filings.
- LLC formation and LLC amendments.
- Business banking application preparation.
- Business-record organization and business credit readiness.
Our services are administrative in nature. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, they do not constitute legal representation and do not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or individualized financial advice.
Service-Specific Boundaries
Montana Vehicle Registration
Montana registration is an administrative filing option and is not appropriate for every vehicle or customer. Nothing on this website represents that a registration, transaction, or ownership structure will be tax-free or compliant with the laws of every jurisdiction.
You remain responsible for registration, tax, insurance, residency, vehicle-use, and reporting requirements that apply to your circumstances.
Titles, Liens, Dealer Licensing and Resale
Eligibility, documentation, inspections, bonds, licensing, lien releases, title issuance, and acceptance are controlled by the relevant agency, lienholder, seller, surety, or licensing authority.
LLC and Business Filings
Formation or amendment assistance does not include legal or tax advice. Forming an entity does not automatically provide an EIN, license, tax election, bank account, credit profile, or financing.
Banking and Business Credit Readiness
A&S Legal may help organize records used in a business bank-account or credit application. We are not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or credit-repair organization. We do not promise bank approval, financing, credit limits, credit-score changes, or approval based solely on an EIN.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, current, and lawful information.
- Confirm that you own, control, or are authorized to act concerning any submitted vehicle, title, lien, entity, account, or document.
- Review prepared information and documents for accuracy before signing or submission.
- Respond to document requests and promptly report relevant changes.
- Comply with all laws, taxes, insurance requirements, licensing rules, and reporting obligations applicable to you.
- Maintain copies of completed records and agency correspondence.
We may pause or decline work when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, misleading, or appears connected to unlawful conduct.
Fees, Payments and Timing
Service fees, government fees, bond costs, inspection charges, shipping expenses, third-party charges, expected deliverables, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed in the relevant quote, invoice, or order confirmation.
Government and third-party fees may become nonrefundable after submission or payment to the receiving organization. Processing times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
Third-Party Decisions and No Guarantees
Government agencies, filing offices, banks, lenders, credit providers, insurers, lienholders, sureties, sellers, and licensing authorities make their own decisions and may request additional information.
A&S Legal does not guarantee:
- Registration, title issuance, lien release, license, certificate, or filing acceptance.
- Bank-account opening, financing, funding, credit approval, credit limits, or credit-score changes.
- A specific tax, insurance, legal, or regulatory result.
- Agency, bank, carrier, or third-party processing times.
A reference to an agency, bank, state, or third-party organization is descriptive and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
A&S Legal SMS Program
Program Terms
By separately and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from A&S Legal at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, document requests, reminders, appointment information, renewal reminders, and updates concerning services you requested.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
You may also revoke SMS consent through another reasonable method by emailing support@aslegalusa.com or calling (347) 766 0544. After opting out, you may receive one final non-promotional message confirming your request.
General acceptance of these Terms or submission of a contact form does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is collected separately.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and availability depend on carrier networks and compatible devices.
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. If that number changes or is reassigned, notify A&S Legal before the change when reasonably possible.
Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, PINs, complete banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information by text. Use any secure document-submission method provided by A&S Legal.
SMS information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may modify or discontinue the program prospectively, but a program change will not retroactively expand the consent you previously provided.
Electronic Communications
When you contact us electronically, you agree that we may respond through the contact methods you provide, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
Email and ordinary text messaging are not guaranteed to be secure. You are responsible for using any secure submission method provided for sensitive documents.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services to:
- Submit forged, altered, stolen, misleading, or fraudulent records.
- Misrepresent ownership, authority, residence, business status, or another material fact.
- Evade taxes, registration duties, licensing rules, liens, court orders, or other legal obligations.
- Access or interfere with systems, accounts, forms, or information without authorization.
- Transmit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or material that violates another person’s rights.
- Request assistance for an unlawful purpose.
Website Materials
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design elements, graphics, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to A&S Legal. You may use the website for personal or internal business evaluation but may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit its materials without permission.
External Websites and Services
Our website may refer or link to agencies, banks, payment processors, filing offices, or other external services. Those organizations are independently operated and have their own terms, eligibility requirements, security practices, and privacy policies.
A&S Legal is not responsible for external website availability, content, policy changes, or independently controlled decisions.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, website materials and services are provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in writing. Information on the website is general and may not reflect every jurisdiction, agency update, or individual circumstance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&S Legal is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, external outages, policy changes, delays, rejections, or decisions controlled by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend website access, decline a request, or discontinue work when these Terms are violated; required information is not provided; payment obligations are not met; continued work would create security, legal, or operational risk; or the requested activity appears unlawful.
Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations, fees, third-party charges, or rights that accrued before termination.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively expand previously provided SMS consent.
